My Ti Programmer (1977ish) is a curious one.

It does Octal, Decimal, and Hex conversion but curiously lacks binary. Also, has a dedicated one’s compliment key. I guess they just assume you could handle adding 1 for two’s? Hard not to love a 13-character red LED display, though.
