Commodore AND keyword

Working on a Two’s Compliment explanation for a presentation. The Commodore BASIC AND operator is technically a logical AND, not a bitwise AND. But you can use it to check if bits are set, so it IS bitwise AND in the right hands ;-) Happy Tuesday!
